Centrale Montemartini

​The Centrale Montemartini is outstanding. The location is what we call industrial archeology as it is the first electric factory of Rome and as it is not working anymore it was turned into a museum. The art collection is priceless, part of it belongs to the Capitolini Museum as they do not have enough space to show it, other ancient pieces of art belong to private houses and gardens, ancient roman temples and sacred districts of the ancient city. You will have the chance to admire amazing mosaics, statues, sarcophagus as well as luxury decoration and relief in a location made by engines, electronic devices and modern urban decoration, the contrast is pretty unique!
