The catacomb of Domitilla is a maze of tunnels underground where the early Christian community buried their people: we will walk underground with the help of a torch and I will tell you about their behaviors, their traditions and their beliefs.
We will see crypts, coffins, sarcophagus, frescos and of course… bones!
After our underground experience it will be a nice way to continue the tour, a walk on the footsteps of the Roman citizens along the Appian way, known as regina viarum, the most important street of the roman empire.
I’ll show you massive ruins, tombs, little thermal baths and I’ll tell you about the roman’s ability in supply structures and infrastructures.
It will be a nice stroll as well as a full immersion into the roman skills and history.
